Cancellation Policy

All payments must be made before taking part in a session. Reschedules or refunds will not be given except in certain circumstances at our discretion. You may cancel your own class up to 24 before the class takes place. All class fees are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by us, in which case we will notify you at the earliest possible opportunity and refund you. If you cannot attend the session and the 24 hour notice has expired please let us know that you/the student will not be attending- this means we may be able to still offer classes to people on the waiting list. If you have booked a block of classes with us and you cannot attend the majority of classes through extenuating circumstances please get in touch with us.
