Service Description

Using yoga blocks, resistance bands, these sessions are designed to develop and maintain the active and passive flexibility required for aerial circus. The class will focus on different areas of flexibility each week, helping to improve and maintain flexibility in all areas. You do not have to be a contortionist for this class, it is aimed to help anyone who wants to improve their flexibility regardless of your current level. The class is a good opportunity to push yourself within the company of likeminded individuals.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling policy Please get in touch with us if you cannot come to one of your classes- we do worry about students who don't turn up for their class! Reschedules or refunds under 24 hours of the class start time unfortunately cannot be given, we do our best to accommodate our students and be as flexible as we can. If it is over 24 hours in advance of the class we can usually reschedule a class if there is space.
