Service Description

Using yoga blocks, resistance bands, these sessions are designed to develop and maintain the active and passive flexibility required for aerial circus. The class will focus on different areas of flexibility each week, helping to improve and maintain flexibility in all areas. You do not have to be a contortionist for this class, it is aimed to help anyone who wants to improve their flexibility regardless of your current level. The class is a good opportunity to push yourself within the company of likeminded individuals.
